1. I have written my order now what should I expect? As soon as you send in your purchase order, we will review your order and send you a confirmation within two weeks. Please look it over right away and let us know if you would like any changes. You must sign and return the confirmation immediately to ensure that your order is reserved. Please give us an approximate ship date for your order. We have a four-working-days minimum notice for shipment pick-ups.
2. Do I need to pay for the plants before they are shipped? Unless credit has been established, all sales are on a cash (money order) in advance of shipment. If you wish to apply for credit, a signed credit application must be submitted to our office at least 30 days before shipment. Sorry, no C.O.D., Visa, or Mastercard shipments.
3. How much is a minimum order, how will I get my order and how much will it cost? Gold Hill Nursery will arrange the shipping of your plants on a common carrier with other customers as long as as your company meets the $3,000.00 minimum order. We ask that you order a minimum of 10-1 gallons, 5-2 gallons and/or 5-5 gallons. You will be responsible for paying the truck driver your portion of the freight charges at the time of delivery. Below is a schedule reflecting the approximate cost per unit for your area. There will be a minimum drop charge of $50.00
4. What discounting does Gold Hill Nursery Offer? Gold Hill Nursery offers a dollar volume discount based on the amount your company receives from between January 1st thru December 31st. You must pay your invoice within the terms you receive from Gold Hill Nursery in order to take your discount. See the Discounting Choices page for full details.
